National Travel and Tourism Week (NTTW) will take place May 5-13, 2012.  The Power of Travel Coalition will release a toolkit in February to help your destination or organization plan for NTTW.  But it is never too early to begin asking your local and state legislative bodies to pass a proclamation or resolution honoring NTTW.

To help you get started, download a sample proclamation.  Then reach out to your local and state elected officials and ask them to support travel and tourism by passing a proclamation or resolution.
